A group of patients and family members of those suffering from what’s become known as New Brunswick’s mystery illness are calling for action from the federal and provincial governments. The province announced last year that the neuro-degenerative symptoms of about 50 people could be explained by existing illnesses, but after a well-known herbicide has begun showing up in test results, those suffering say it’s time to reopen the investigation.
