RCMP say a man was leaning out of a window with a rifle at the Lord Selkirk Hotel on Main Street in Selkirk, Manitoba. They say when officers arrived, the suspect made his way to the roof of the building. Officers then apprehended him without incident and recovered a long-barrel pellet gun.
