Provinces struggle to catch up to pandemic surgical backlog

New data from the Canadian Institute for Health Information shows provinces are struggling to catch up to a surgical backlog resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. B.C. is performing better than other provinces, but as Jasmine Bala reports, that's little comfort for patients waiting for procedures.
