Saskatchewan Education Minister Dustin Duncan announced on Thursday that Regina’s Harbour Landing neighbourhood will receive a new school to serve the growing area. Duncan said he expects construction of the new building will be supported by the provincial government but was not part of the additional funding announced in the provincial budget on Wednesday.
