Any attempt to arrest Putin on ICC warrant would be declaration of war: Russia’s Medvedev

In an interview with Russian journalists, including state news agency TASS, Medvedev said that every day foreign weapons are sent to help Ukraine, it brings "this very nuclear apocalypse closer."
