Vancouver's civic election was months ago, but it seems one political party has failed to pay some of its bills. A Burnaby small business owner says former Vancouver mayor Kennedy Stewart's “ Forward Together” campaign still owes him thousands of dollars. Consumer Matter's reporter Anne Drewa reports.
