Radiologist Dr. Wendell Harlan Gibby testified Wednesday at the trial of Gwyneth Paltrow, who is being sued for $300,000 by a 76-year-old optometrist over a “hit and run” ski crash. He said that the injuries suffered by the 76-year-old indicate he was hit by Paltrow, not the other way around.
