Canada’s opioid crisis is a widespread problem-with even small towns seeing their fair share. Now some advocates in the town of Cobourg, Ont., are making it their responsibility to provide an overdose prevention site. But as Tricia Mason reports it has residents questioning how safe and legal it really is.
