Saskatchewan First Nation launches child welfare consultation in B.C.

A Saskatchewan First Nation has chosen to launch its Indigenous child welfare consultation process in B.C. As Julie Nolin reports, they're doing it to honour a young member of their First Nation who died far too soon.
