B.C. faces critical property manager shortage

If you live in a condo, they're the people you call in the middle of the night when a pipe bursts. Or they keep track of strata business, receiving and issuing payments. But B.C. is facing a shortage of licenced property managers, with as many as half nearing retirement age. Aaron McArthur reports.
