Councillor left ‘underwhelmed’ by proposed Calgary election sign rule changes

With a provincial election around the corner, the City of Calgary has proposed changes to local bylaws to reduce election sign clutter in public spaces. As Adam MacVicar reports, one of the councillors behind the proposal thinks the changes don't go far enough.
