A pedestrian was sent to hospital and a driver was arrested after a crash in Surrey Monday night. It happened over the dinner hour on 88th Avenue near 140th Street. RCMP say the driver of a speeding silver Hyundai went off the road and onto the sidewalk hitting a pedestrian.
