Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, Minister of National Defence Anita Anand made an announcement in Ottawa that $1.4 billion will be invested over the next decade to revitalize the Dwyer Hill Training Centre, home of Joint Task Force 2, which is an elite special operations force of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
