NEXUS program to return to full capacity

Good news for anyone hoping to get a NEXUS card -- the program will ramp back up to full capacity in April. The NEXUS program has been stalled in Canada for nearly a year, partly over a dispute whether U.S. border agents can carry guns in Canada.
