A Toronto woman is recovering after three surgeries including the amputation of a big toe following a pedicure at a hair and nail salon. The woman says she previously had multiple nail treatments at the same salon without incident. As Sean O’Shea reports, the spa owner says he’s not responsible because the woman is a diabetic.
