Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe discussed Bill 88, the Saskatchewan First Act, after it passed it’s final reading on Thursday. Moe said a standing invitation remains for Metis and First Nations leaders to discuss the implications of Bill 88. Moe insisted the Saskatchewan First Act is set forth to protect the sovereignty of Saskatchewan’s resources and does not infringe upon standing agreements with Metis and First Nations.
