Peterborough café with affordable, local food marks two decades

It brings together Trent students and lovers of organic, vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free food options in one cozy space. The Seasoned Spoon café recently marked two decades at Trent University... but few may know it got its beginnings challenging a food service monopoly at the university.
