Police watchdog ASIRT is releasing new details about a police shooting east of Calgary. ASIRT says the woman who was shot was putting motorists and police in danger with erratic driving and says she was fired upon after threatening officers with a weapon. Kerry Funk’s brother wants changes to the system to better deal with mental health calls. Elissa Carpenter spoke with Kerry’s brother, Billy-Jo Funk.
