The dean of the NAIT School of Skilled Trades says recruiting groups that are traditionally underrepresented in apprenticeship programs will be the key to addressing Alberta’s labour shortage. The school is hosting a series of workshops focused on building an inclusive workforce. Matt Lindberg joined Global News at Noon Edmonton to talk about what the school is doing to ensure that the classroom and the jobsite provide a welcoming space for everyone.
