NAIT focused on training a diverse and inclusive skilled trades workforce

The dean of the NAIT School of Skilled Trades says recruiting groups that are traditionally underrepresented in apprenticeship programs will be the key to addressing Alberta’s labour shortage. The school is hosting a series of workshops focused on building an inclusive workforce.
