Exotic cat tests positive for cocaine use, now in recovery at Cincinnati zoo

After testing positive for traces of cocaine, an exotic cat is recovering at the Cincinnati zoo in Ohio on Wednesday. This comes after the cat was spotted in a tree in a local neighborhood back in January. Officials were able to catch the cat and bring it to animal care, where the medical team discovered the cat was positive for cocaine exposure. It’s unclear how the cat got into the drugs but no charges were filed against the cat’s owner.
