California blizzard: Power outages impacting thousands as another cold night looms

The state of California is continuing to battle back from underneath an historic snowfall this past week. Local media reports close to 9,000 customers are without power in places like the Sierra, Nevada, El Dorado and Placer counties. As another cold night sinks in, many are wondering when they’re power will come back on.
