$55M Lotto Max ticket sold in North Saanich

The lottery slogan encourages people to “dream to the max,” and many in North Saanich are doing just that, after a $55 million Lotto Max ticket was sold there this week. The winner hasn’t come forward yet, but as Kylie Stanton reports, many in the community outside Victoria are wondering who will claim Vancouver Island’s biggest lottery prize ever.
