Report asks for cannabis shops in Surrey

A Surrey Board of Trade report is requesting cannabis retailers be allowed to open in the city. Although legal since 2018, brick and mortar stores have never been allowed to operate in the province's second-largest city. As Grace Ke reports, many say it's about time.
