One year ago a Police Act investigation was launched into the behaviour of eight current and retired members of the Nelson Police Department. It came at the request of the Chief Constable. Now a report has determined six officers have committed discreditable conduct and one has also committed neglect of duty. Catherine Urquhart has more.
