Alberta man claims to have found B.C. wolf choking to death on tracking collar

B.C.’s controversial wolf management program is under fire again. A former conservation officer living near Edmonton says he found a wolf choking to death on a B.C. tracking collar and had to euthanize the animal. Paul Johnson reports.
