Last Edmonton festival wraps up ahead of 3-year Hawrelak Park closure

February 20, 2023
Hawrelak Park will close soon for three years while the central Edmonton space undergoes extensive utility upgrades. As Lisa MacGregor reports, that means events like the Silver Skate Festival that normally use the park are relocating for a few years.
