Across Ukraine, police are hunting for Russian collaborators. Global News’ Jeff Semple reports from the southern city of Kherson, which returned to Ukrainian control in November after nearly nine months occupied by the Russians. Authorities believe the Russians had help from the inside and an effort is underway to bring collaborators to justice.
