We've hit the halfway point of the ski season, but areas of the Rockies and southwestern Alberta have been facing low snowfall challenges this year and skiers and snowboarders likely looking to off-site slopes to find fresh powder. Jaclyn Kucey speaks with experts on current avalanche conditions and how to stay safe in the backcountry.
