John Horgan gives an emotional last speech in B.C. legislature

Former Prime Minister John Horgan gave an emotional farewell to members of the B.C. legislature Thursday as he announces plans to resign from his position of MLA for Langford – Juan de Fuca, a position he has held since 2005.  Horgan thanked those who supported him in his long political career and said he “loved every minute of it.”
