Former Prime Minister John Horgan gave an emotional farewell to members of the B.C. legislature Thursday as he announces plans to resign from his position of MLA for Langford – Juan de Fuca, a position he has held since 2005.  Horgan thanked those who supported him in his long political career and said he "loved every minute of it."
