Trudeau says government will ‘be there’ for victims’ families of Laval daycare bus crash

After a vehicle crashed into a daycare in Laval, Que., on Wednesday, leaving two children dead and at least six injured, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked what his government will do to support those affected. He said while nothing could “erase” the families’ and community’s pain, Trudeau said his government will “be there” to support them in the days and years to come, providing no additional details.
