‘Do something’: Biden pushes for action from Congress on police reform

U.S. President Joe Biden urged Congress on Tuesday in his State of the Union address to "do something" on police reform. He said this included better training for police, more first responders to address growing mental health and substance abuse challenges, and more resources to prevent violence "in the first place."
