Edmontonians concerned with 911 calls being transferred to 811

The province promised health care reform and is now taking steps to try and free up ambulance services, but an Alberta woman is concerned the new system isn’t working. After calling 911, she was redirected twice and then forced to take her mom to the hospital herself. Sarah Komadina has more.
