Dozens of people who lived in a two-storey apartment building in Montreal's east end have lost their home. A major five-alarm fire ripped through the building, destroying many of the homes and putting 20 families on the street. The flames broke out just as a polar vortex swept down on the city putting everything under a deep freeze. Global's Tim Sargeant reports.
