As you’ll recall on Tuesday, the province embarked on a three-year pilot to decriminalize drugs for personal use. But the City of Campbell River isn’t totally in line with this new legislation, and instead has a bylaw in the works that will fine people using drugs on public property. Kylie Stanton reports.
