BC Liberals and BC Greens announce ideas to improve healthcare

The BC Liberals and the BC Green Party are announcing ways they think will improve health care in our province. The official opposition has a plan to tackle the overdose crisis, while the Greens are calling on the NDP government to invest in community health centers. Richard Zussman has more.
