Putin lambasts Germany for arming Ukraine in fiery speech marking Soviet WW2 victory

During a speech to mark the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany during the Battle of Stalingrad in World War Two, Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized Germany for helping to arm Ukraine and said, not for the first time, that he was ready to draw on Russia’s entire arsenal, which includes nuclear weapons.
