“You need to invest in transit”: Peterborough Transit union disappointed with no budget increase this year

Peterborough Transit has been a hot topic at city hall ever since the new council assumed their seats in November. A potential funding increase of close to a million dollars for transit was voted down earlier this year. Cory Macleod, president of the union representing Peterborough Transit staff, spoke with Noor Ibrahim about what this decision means.
