HKPRDHU concerned about illegal access, use of vaping, tobacco in youth

An alarming rise in illegal access and use of tobacco and vape products by youth has one local health unit on high alert. The Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit says while retailers are only part of the problem, the rate of their non-compliance with the law in some areas is staggering. Manager of environmental health Richard Ovcharovich joined Noor Ibrahim to share some statistics and the plan to crack down on these cases.
