Monica Cyr, director of research for a new Indigenous-led Rapid Access to Addictions Medication (RAAM) clinic, spoke on Tuesday after the Manitoban government invested $893,000 in funding for the clinic which is expected to open in the spring at the Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre.
