Affordable housing units in Regina need desperate renovation before considered suitable

Louis Michaud, President of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation said on Monday following a tour of affordable housing units that they needed more repair work before they can hit the market. Michaud also responded to questions about said necessary repairs in some units following acts of vandalism.
