Canada’s Defence Minister Anita Anand announced Ottawa will be donating an additional 200 Canadian-made armoured vehicles worth $90 million during a surprise visit to Kyiv and announced Wednesday more military support to help Ukraine respond to Russia’s invasion. Anand also expressed condolences after Ukraine’s interior ministry was killed in a helicopter crash in an eastern suburb of the capital Kyiv.
