Lighting repairs at three high-traffic thoroughfares in Regina began on Monday and are expected to take up to three months to complete. Motorists are advised to look out for speed reductions on Victoria Avenue between Park Street and Wales Drive, on Ring Road between Pasqua Street and Albert Street South and on 9th Avenue North between Courtney Street and Pasqua Street.
