It’s estimated 20,000 Ukrainian evacuees have arrived in Alberta since the war in Ukraine began. But are they receiving the support they need? The Ukrainian Canadian Congress – Alberta Provincial Council is out with a list of recommendations for the province to help Ukrainians build a life here. Global News at Noon Edmonton was joined by the organization’s president, Orysia Boychuk, to talk about what’s needed.
