Russia says its oil companies not facing difficulties despite Western sanctions, price caps

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Wednesday that oil producers have had no difficulties securing export deals despite Western sanctions and price caps. President Vladimir Putin struck an upbeat tone about the wider economy saying said price caps would not have an impact on the government’s budget.
