Ellen DeGeneres posted a video to her Twitter account on Monday showing fast-moving flood waters near her home in Montecito, Calif. “Montecito is under complete evacuation – the entire town – this is the five-year anniversary from the fire and mudslides that killed so many people,” the television personality said adding “this creek never flows – ever,” as she filmed the raging waters.
