Stuart Betts sworn in as new chief of Peterborough Police Service

Peterborough’s new top cop has officially taken office. Stuart Betts is the new Chief of Police for the Peterborough Police Service. He was sworn in at a ceremony at the Mount Community Centre on Monday morning. Tricia Mason was there and has the story.
