‘Everything is being considered’ on Bills, Bengals game after Damar Hamlin on-field cardiac arrest

Troy Vincent, executive vice-president of football operations Troy Vincent, said Wednesday "everything is being considered" on when the Buffalo Bills game against the Cincinnati Bengals would take place after it was cancelled when Bills' player Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field following a tackle.
