Randy Pshebylo of Saskatoon's Riversdale Business Improvement District spoke on Monday about the impact of shopping during the holiday season. Pshebylo also said that the pandemic has taught business stakeholders to appreciate the importance of customer interaction, and, the overall shopping experience.
